Rainbow Cupcakes!

hellooo long time no see!

to start with i know this is not really beauty related but i thought that it was soooo amazing i would share it with you.

If you know me, you know i love baking and i have seen picture like this on tumblr, pinterest and instagram and i though it looked like so much fun so me and ella (my sister) decided to try it out. and it is the 'rainbow cupcake' yes you herd right rainbow cupcakes.

so we started with a basic cupcake recipe. I like to use aa victoria sponge recipe for my cupcakes (the recipe will be inserted at the bottom)

the first thing you want to do is cream the butter and sugar. Then add the eggs and the vanilla essence - i usually use the actually vanilla but we were out of it :(
after this we added in the rest of the dry ingrediants and mixed.
we then split it into six bowls and added food colouring to each, we made sure we got it into and order we liked.
we then layered hem up colour by colour into the cupcake cases - take your time to make sure it is layered and not just all mixed into a big mess.

It doesnt have to be perfect but this is what it should eventualy look like. Then bake in the oven and they shouls be like this:
we put yellow on top so that it looks like a normal cupcake then it iss like a magic explosion ;)

and this is what is left hehhee ENJOY ;)

Lots of love
Millie xoxo
